Our methodology creates a learning environment to help overcome prior habits and as easily as possible put into place the new skills on a daily basis.
1- Phased Learning
From ‘theory to practice’ . . we give you time to experience and apply your new skills in the workplace between sessions.
Spaced reinforcement and building on the skills are the cornerstone of the
coaching process. The ‘forgetting curve’ demonstrates the impact of this approach.
2- Individual Coaching
The One to One approach takes the learning right to your desk and your situation and is the most effective way to help you apply the skills. We also deal with clearing the clutter of a messy desk and gaining control over the never-ending email inbox.
3- Preferred Tools
You can use whatever tools you prefer to apply the processes. We can coach you using your own technology (PC, Apple, Android) or, if you prefer we can provide a paper based system for you.
