The Prioritize program is designed around 2 main work areas; accelerating progress towards your most important strategic outcomes and dealing with the day to day issues around managing the business.

Being ‘outcome driven’ introduces key techniques to accelerate your progress towards your most important outcomes. We need to maintain focus on critical goals and identify the activities that help us achieve them faster and easier. We use a planning tool to assist with getting your most important strategy tasks into your week.

stay in control – manage all the other things that happen in your day
To help maintain focus on your critical outcomes, we need to manage all the things that happen in your day. ‘Stay in control’ concepts explore the key processes required for great self-organisation, utilising either paper or technology based tools (or a combination of both).

They clearly provide solutions to managing all the things you need to get done, eliminating wasted time and improving efficiency as a natural outcome of applying the right processes.
